Curcumin inhibits the upregulation of cathepsin L by palmitate in fat

Objective: Cathepsin L can control adipogenesis and relate to acute coronary syndrome. However, it is not clear whether cathepsin L can be affected by saturated fatty acid and decrease by curcumin.
